MEAL PLAN DESIGN
When you purchase 10 or more personal training sessions you will receive a FREE personalized meal plan. The meal plan will be designed based on your goals, genetics, exercise frequency, food alergies, food intolerances, and medical history. The meal plan will include a thourough explanation of how to manipulate macronutrients to meet your goals.
Sport specific training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. Training programs for athletic performance enhancement could include such areas as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparedness (including goal setting), sleep, recovery/regeneration techniques and strategies, nutrition, rehabilitation, pre-habilitation, and injury risk reduction.
Has your training become dull and stagnant? Remotivate yourself with a new program to help you break through training plateaus! The program will be customized based on your goals, genetics, and exercise frequency. Exercises will be demonstrated and taught to ensure proper from. Weight training programs will include sets, reps, tempo, and reccomended weight.
Group training is a great way to cut costs and stay motivated. The camaraderie and support of other participants can often lead to greater results! Train with a co-worker, friend, sibling, spouse, or join one of the current groups.
